Richard Handl, a Swedish citizen arrested for trying to build nuclear reactor in his kitchen. He collected all the essential elements such as radium, uranium and conducting experiment in his appartment's kitchen.
This is completely against Sweden law for conducting such type of dangerous experiments without legal authority.
